President and Founder
David Nichols is the president at Retire Ready Advisors Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and annuity industry and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts.
David holds life insurance licenses in Massachusetts and Connecticut. He has been listed as one of the nation’s leading financial professionals in the book, “The Winners Circle II,” by R.J. Shook. He has also been featured on the Money Matters television and radio show.
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, camping, and fishing.

What truly drives me is knowing that behind every task or challenge is a person who deserves to be heard, understood, and helped—and I never lose sight of that.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my grandkids and love quilting. Whether I’m piecing together a new quilt or making memories with my family, I find joy in the details and beauty in the process. Just like in business, it’s the little things that make the biggest impact.
